Our Programs
The School of Public Health integrates several disciplines focused on public health, creating a diverse and collaborative learning environment for students interested in improving community health.
In addition to the Master of Public Health offered by the school, the departments of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Policy, and Social and Behavioral Sciences offer graduate degrees, post-doctoral training programs and other certifications.

Ph.D. in Biostatistics
For students who want to dive into a comprehensive curriculum, work on cutting-edge research projects and publish their work. A concentration in genomics is also available.
Ph.D. in Epidemiology
Trains students to become independent research scientists and leaders who can develop epidemiologic methods and conduct outstanding population-based research.
Ph.D. in Healthcare Policy and Research
Equips students with an understanding of economic, political, and social factors that affect health and healthcare as it relates to access, costs and outcomes.
Ph.D. in Social and Behavioral Sciences
Equips students with an understanding of health as the intersection of structural, cultural, social, behavioral and biological factors, preparing them to become scientists, educators and program administrators across a broad spectrum of settings.
